Locational Signals for DSM Participation in Reserve Markets

Tommy is an employee of EirGrid and is undertaking a part-time Masters in the ERC.

Tommy graduated in Electronics & (Tele)Communication Engineering in 1994. He has since, over the last 17 years worked in the electricity utility industry primarily in Control, Instrumentation and Telecom. His current project is about identifying optimized locations for new reserve sources taking into account transmission constraints.
