Mostafa Bakhtvar, Eknath Vittal (an ERC alumni who is now in EPRI), Kuan Zheng (a PhD student in Tsinghua university who visited the ERC in 2014) and Andrew Keane had a paper titled “Synchronizing Torque Impacts on Rotor Speed in Power Systems” accepted in mid-August for publication in IEEE Transactions on Power Systems.
