ERC Research Symposium 2014
The Role for Consumers, Markets and Technology in a Sustainable Electrical Energy System
Thursday 9th October, 2014
Ad Astra Hall, Student Centre, UCD Belfield
Overview
We are delighted to announce that our annual ERC Research Symposium will take place in UCD on 9th October 2014. Continuing the success of previous ERC Research Symposiums, this year’s event promises to be exciting with a selection of our international and national research partners and industry partners all participating. The Symposium will discuss the role for consumers, markets and technology in a sustainable electrical energy system. It is intended to draw our attention to some of the challenges and opportunities facing the energy system from efficiency to distribution to transmission and energy policy. Presentations, posters and video clips from last year’s symposium are accessible on the ERC website and will give you a flavour of what the day is all about: http://erc.ucd.ie/ercsees-2013-research-symposium/ .
